香港法院在Gatecoin相关案件中将加密货币定义为能够以信托方式持有的财产:4月19日消息，据律师事务所 Hogan Lovells 发布的一份报告显示，中国香港地区法院在 Gatecoin 相关案件中将加密货币定义为资产能够以信托方式持有的财产。
