区块链SPAC Nocturne并购公司（MBTC）首次公开募股完成，共募集1亿美元:4月5日消息，区块链/ 加密资产并购公司Nocturne （代码MBTC）宣布其已完成1亿美元募资，此前已于2021年3月31日正式在纳斯达克上市。
